Build WhatLasts.

For the 2026 Florida Baptist Convention, Mission Creative created “Build What Lasts,” a campaign for Florida Baptist Financial Services (Stewardship Simplified) that pairs program-magazine ads with “The Blueprint,” a 20-page printed walk-through guide that helps churches assess their buildings and turn findings into a stewardship-based renovation plan.

Mission Creative is a church production and creative company, founded in 2004 by Dave Bookhout and Heredes Ribeiro and based in Tampa, Florida, that builds brands, sermon series and capital campaign creative, video, audio/video/lighting production systems, websites, and AI training and workflows for churches nationwide.

Build What Lasts convention booth: three fabric panels — The storm took the building, Build What Lasts, and Stewardship Solutions
The challenge

Mission first. Facilities second. Stewardship always.

FBFS helps Florida Baptist churches build, invest and give — construction and permanent loans, capital campaigns, the Church Growth Investment Fund, endowments and planned giving. They needed convention creative that pastors would keep and use, not just glance at.

The idea: Speak the language of builders. The campaign borrows the look of architectural drawings — dimension lines, sheet numbers, a drawing set — under one line: “Mission first. Facilities second. Stewardship always.”

Closing line of the guide

“He is the beginning and the end. We help you steward the years in between.” (Psalm 127:1)
