AI is already in your church office. Who's leading it?

Most church leaders now use AI every week. Almost none have been shown how to use it well. I train pastors and ministry teams to hand the busywork to these tools, with guardrails, so more of the week goes to people.

78%

of church leaders use AI weekly or daily.

9%

of churches have a formal AI policy.

[ The problem ]

The tools showed up. The training didn't.

The week never gets shorter.

Sermons, emails, graphics, schedules, follow-up. Sunday comes every seven days, and the list resets with it.

Everyone is figuring it out alone.

One staff member swears by ChatGPT. Another won't touch it. Nobody has agreed on what's wise, what's off limits, or which subscriptions are worth paying for.

The questions are real.

Is it honest to use this? Will it get doctrine wrong? In the same survey, 75% of leaders named theological misalignment as a top ethical concern. Those questions deserve a straight answer before anyone opens a laptop.

Ministry hours belong to people.

[ Your guide ]

I do this work every week.

I'm Heredes Ribeiro. I've spent more than 20 years in church work as an artist, designer, and musician, and I lead communications for a large church in Tampa. I know what a ministry week feels like from the inside.

I use these tools on real deadlines: series branding, video, music, websites, and apps. I teach what I've tested, and I'll tell you what isn't worth your time.

The approach fits in one line: high-tech efficiency, high-touch ministry. Let the tools carry the repeatable work so your people can carry the relational work.

[ The plan ]

Three steps. No jargon.

  1. Tell me where you are.

A five-minute inquiry covers your experience, the tools you already have, and what you want off your plate.

  2. Get a session built for you.

I reply with a recommended format and a clear quote. The content is designed around your team's level and your real tasks.

  3. Put it to work on Monday.

You leave with prompts and workflows your team has already practiced on their own work.

[ What changes ]

What your team walks away with.

Sermon and teaching prep

Research, outlines, and discussion guides come together faster, in your own voice.

Communications and social

A week of posts, emails, and announcements drafted from Sunday's message.

Design, video, and music

Series graphics, promo clips, and audio your volunteers can produce.

Admin and meeting notes

Meetings that end with notes, owners, and follow-up already written.

Custom assistants and apps

Assistants that know your church's voice, and simple tools built without a developer.

AI policy and guardrails

A written policy your staff understands, covering privacy, honesty, and theology.

And if nothing changes?

Staff keep making up their own rules. Subscriptions overlap. Sensitive information lands in the wrong place. The hours these tools could give back stay lost.

[ Built around where you are ]

Every team starts somewhere different.

New to AI

Plain language, first wins, and what to leave alone.

Using it weekly

Sharper prompts, repeatable workflows, and the right paid tools.

Ready to build

Custom assistants, automations, and simple apps and sites.

[ Ways to work together ]

[ Questions ]

Asked most often.

We're complete beginners. Is that a problem?

No. Many teams start there. Beginner sessions use plain language and open with the first useful wins.

Will AI write our sermons?

That isn't what I teach. I show pastors how to use AI for research, structure, and repurposing a finished message. The study, the conviction, and the voice stay yours.

Do we need to buy anything first?

No. I teach on the tools you already have. If a paid plan would earn its cost, I'll say which one and why.

Can you train our whole staff in person?

Yes. Team intensives run a half or full day at your church. I'm based in Tampa, and travel is quoted separately.

What happens after I send the inquiry?

I read your answers and reply by email with a recommended format and a quote. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

[ Next step ]

Tell me where your team is.

Five minutes now saves us both an hour later. Your answers shape the session, the level, and the tools we use.
